As part of the transaction, Clearlake and management rolled-over a significant equity stake in the company. Sam Soni, PrimeSport’s founder, remains CEO and continues to lead the company.

February 12, 2015Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and NetMotion Wireless today announced that Clearlake Operating Advisor John Ferron has joined NetMotion as Chief Executive Officer and Daniel Jackson has joined NetMotion as Senior Vice President of Sales. NetMotion, a leading provider of next generation mobile security and network performance management solutions, was acquired by affiliates of Clearlake in September 2012. Mr. Ferron and Mr. Jackson have been serving at NetMotion since late 2014.
