December 15, 2015Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (“Clearlake”), in partnership with management, announced that Inventus Solutions, Inc. (“Inventus” or the “Company”), a top-tier international eDiscovery services provider to Fortune 1000 corporations, global law firms and government agencies, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by RPX Corporation (NASDAQ: RPXC; “RPX”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in January 2016.
