ConvergeOne, a leading independent provider of best- in-class IT, communications, collaboration and customer interaction solutions and services, announced today it has acquired Mountain States Networking, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner and leading network solutions provider in the western United States.

Sage Automotive Interiors (Sage) announced today that it has acquired Miko S.r.l., an Italian maker of suede-like automotive interior fabrics. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. ("Clearlake"), today announced that it has sponsored Inventus Solutions, Inc.'s acquisition of London based Unified OS Ltd. and certain of its affiliates. Inventus Solutions, Inc. ("Inventus" or the "Company"), is a leading U.S. eDiscovery and managed services provider and current Clearlake portfolio company. Unified OS Ltd. ("Unified") is a leading provider of eDiscovery and managed review services to Fortune 1000 corporations, global law firms, and government agencies operating across Europe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Clearlake Capital Group (Clearlake), a leading special situations private equity firm, today announced a senior executive appointment and several promotions. Fred Ebrahemi has joined the firm as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Prashant Mehrotra has been named Partner, Colin Leonard and Arta Tabaee have been named Principals, and James Pade has been promoted to Vice President, all effective immediately.

Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (“Clearlake”), in partnership with management, today announced the completion of the sale of PrimeSport Holdings Inc. to The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”), Moorad Sports Partners (“Moorad Sports”) and RSE Ventures (“RSE”). As part of the transaction, Clearlake and management rolled-over a significant equity stake in the company. Sam Soni, PrimeSport’s founder, remains CEO and continues to lead the company.

Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and NetMotion Wireless today announced that Clearlake Operating Advisor John Ferron has joined NetMotion as Chief Executive Officer and Daniel Jackson has joined NetMotion as Senior Vice President of Sales. NetMotion, a leading provider of next generation mobile security and network performance management solutions, was acquired by affiliates of Clearlake in September 2012. Mr. Ferron and Mr. Jackson have been serving at NetMotion since late 2014.

Clearlake Capital Group today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire FrontRange Solutions, Inc. (“FrontRange”). Clearlake also announced that, upon closing, FrontRange and Clearlake portfolio company Lumension will merge to form HEAT Software, a global provider of hybrid service management and unified endpoint management solutions for organizations of all sizes. Terms were not disclosed.
