PRIVATE CREDIT

Clearlake Credit provides senior, junior, and other flexible capital solutions to sponsor-backed companies in the U.S. and Europe, leveraging relationships with founders, management teams, and sponsors globally.

We have invested approximately $10 billion in more than 200 sponsor-backed companies in North America and Europe, engaging in direct negotiations and origination to deliver a variety of capital solutions, including senior and subordinated financing.

LIQUID CREDIT

Clearlake Credit invests in senior secured loans and other credit instruments across syndicated and other secondary markets in the U.S. and Europe, using our bottoms-up, fundamental credit underwriting approach.

We have invested more than $44 billion in liquid credit – identifying opportunities in par, stressed, and distressed securities. Clearlake currently has more than $19 billion in AUM across more than 40 U.S. and European CLOs.
