Clearlake’s flexible mandate enables us to invest across different economic cycles and in a variety of situations, including control private equity, transformative M&A, carve-outs, special situations, structured equity, and credit/distressed. Clearlake’s flexibility and experience allows us to take advantage of evolving market conditions.

It is gratifying to have the support of such a large group of global investors. We thank you for your support and look forward to your continued partnership.
